That beautiful Medieval leather necklace has decorative end caps in the shape of cute weasel heads in the style of the Viking Era, connected by a small omega shaped hook in their mouth.The historical model for the pendant is an Irminsul depiction on the relief at the Externsteine near Detmold / Germany.

Animal heads used as end caps for chains and bracelets are not an invention of the modern times, but already known from several sites from the cultural area of the Middle Ages.
The pendant is showing the Germanic Irminsul, representing the giant ash tree Yggdrasil of the Norse mythology.
The charm measures 3.5 x 3.5.
