Which LARP items can you buy in the PERA PERIS online shop?
If you're interested in medieval LARP, then you've come to the right place. In the PERA PERIS online shop, you can buy a comprehensive range of medieval items that are ideal for an authentic medieval LARP.
Leather goods such as arm guards, sword holders, bags and pouches are manufactured in our own factory in Germany. We also offer you a really comprehensive range of medieval belts and bodices from our production. You can also buy a wide range of different accessories for a successful medieval LARP performance in our online shop.
You will find a very large selection of medieval jewellery such as brooches and clasps, which are ideal for authentic medieval LARP garb. A whole range of other useful items, such as forged storage supplies, buckles, fittings and various craft supplies complete our range.
LARP weapons
You can buy many things in our LARP online shop, but weapons are not one of them. However, this has nothing to do with a possible aversion to weapons in general, as they are simply an integral part of the history of mankind and an elementary component of life in the Middle Ages. They are just generally very large and bulky and take up a lot of space, which we simply don't have in our rooms.
That's why you can buy many different leather sword holders and other weapon holders in the LARP shop, which are ideal for upholstered weapons or forged swords, but not the matching LARP weapons.
LARP garb
The situation is similar with clothing and armour. It is true that medieval garb is an indispensable prerequisite for an appropriate portrayal, not only in re-enactment but also in medieval LARP, regardless of whether you want to portray a warrior, merchant, healer or something else.
However, clothing is not only quite extensive in everyday life, but also in LARP. There are trousers, skirts, dresses, tunics, coats, shoes and so on. Ideally, all of this should be available in a wide range of sizes, colours, and designs and preferably always in stock. Unfortunately, we simply don't have the space for the number of garments required for LARP.
LARP belts
However, we can offer a wide range of other accessories that complement medieval LARP clothing and make it truly complete.
A belt is the most important part of a medieval garment, as it not only holds body and soul together. But first and foremost the clothing, which plays a significant role in LARP, as it is through this that the personal character and role in the game becomes clear.
A bold warrior is likely to choose a sturdy leather belt, on which he can also carry his sword. A shield maiden, on the other hand, may dress in a broad leather bodice that supports her waist. The delicate damsel of the castle will prefer to adorn herself with a narrow, long belt with a pretty buckle.
Whichever LARP costume you choose, we offer a wide range of different belts in all kinds of designs in our LARP online shop. Most of our belts feature replicas of buckles based on historical models from antiquity, the Viking Age and the Middle Ages and are not only suitable for LARP, but also for authentic re-enactment.
LARP accessories
Of course, you can also attach all kinds of useful accessories to a belt. After all, medieval garb would simply not be complete without matching accessories, which add the finishing touches to the LARP presentation.
In our LARP online shop, you can buy a large selection of belts that are equally suitable for medieval LARP and authentic re-enactment. On the other hand, you will also find matching accessories such as leather belt pouches or laced leather bags in many different colours.
Sword holders can also find their place on a solid leather belt, or one or two practical ring holders to which you can attach all sorts of things. A knife is certainly also a useful companion, even if it should only be used to a limited extent at a LARP, unless it is made of latex.
Similar to medieval clothing, LARP armour also takes up a lot of space and is therefore not part of our range. However, in our LARP online shop we offer you some useful and embossed leather arm guards that will certainly add a little extra to your medieval LARP garb.
For those who have suffered a few bruises in battle, we offer a range of potion bottles made of solid glass in our LARP online shop, as well as matching potion pouches and healer bags that can hold several vials.
LARP craft supplies
In medieval LARP, you don't just buy many things off the peg, but often make your own equipment. For the ambitious larper, we therefore have a whole range of materials in our LARP online shop that are sure to come in handy.
In addition to a variety of leather straps and leather bands in different colours and thicknesses, we also have bone and horn toggles in our range, which can be used to fasten bags or clothing, for example.
If you want something less rustic, you can buy a really extensive selection of garment clasps in our LARP online shop. Small hook-and-eye fasteners are particularly suitable for medieval garments and are ideal for fastening dresses or tunics.
For the medieval LARP or an authentic re-enactment, we offer a broad offer of cloak clasps. In addition to forged iron ring brooches, you can also buy authentic replicas of bronze and silver dress fasteners and cloak clasps, which were made according to historical models from antiquity to the Middle Ages.
You will not only find Celtic and Roman fibulae in our LARP online shop. There are also many detailed replicas of brooches from the early to late Middle Ages and an impressively large number of Viking brooches such as horseshoe brooches, cloverleaf brooches and bowl brooches.
LARP jewellery
Clasps were not the only jewellery in the Middle Ages, even if they had a dominant position on the garment, medieval people valued a whole range of other pieces of jewellery.
So of course it also makes sense in medieval LARP to enhance the look of your outfit with matching jewellery. In addition to earrings, finger rings and bracelets in various sizes and shapes, you can also buy expressive necklaces and torques made of iron, bronze, and silver in our LARP online shop.
Necklaces made of leather and a truly impressive number of pendants and amulets based on historical models from European antiquity complete our range. You are sure to find the right jewellery for your medieval LARP here.
LARP camp life
Just like at a proper medieval market, camp life in a medieval LARP is only atmospheric and authentic when the ambience and camp requirements are complete.
In addition to the actual game in the medieval LARP, everyday camp life is also an important part of the overall experience. And since ambitious larpers like to prepare something tasty over the fire in the evening to fortify themselves, LARP camp life requires not only cauldrons and pans, but above all crockery and vessels.
In addition to forged cooking pots and iron pans, bowls and plates made of clay or wood and other crockery are also needed for stylish camp life. Wooden tankards or rustic drinking horns serve well as drinking vessels.
However, as Larpers like to re-enact medieval life but don't necessarily want to eat with their hands like in the Middle Ages, it is useful to have the right cutlery on the table to go with the crockery. Forged cutlery, rustic knives, ladles and wooden spoons will serve you well here.
And so that it doesn't get too dark when preparing food and in the evening in the tent, you will of course also need lighting in everyday LARP life. In addition to candlesticks and torches, oil lamps and bowl lamps are also suitable for rustic lighting in the style of the Middle Ages, as this is what really brings camp life at the LARP to life!
