The Viking belt from Birka can be worn knotted due to its length and is therefore ideally suited for Viking and medieval reenactment garments. Two embossed lines along the sides also give the Viking belt a slim line.
Two sizes are available:
Belt N: Length 157 cm - Circumference 86 - 104 cm
Belt EX: Length 172 cm - Circumference 96 - 114 cm
You can buy the Viking belt with a buckle and strap end of bronze or in genuine silver-plated.
The robust Viking belt from Birka is made of sturdy cowhide leather in 2.8 - 3.2 mm thickness. The velvet-matt waxed belt leather acquires that natural patina over time that is so characteristic of genuine, vegetable-tanned leather.
