The buckle, strap end and fittings on this Viking Age belt are made according to a Norwegian finds of the 9th - 10th centuries.The historical model for the belt buckle is the Frøyland buckle from Rogaland, Norway, which was found in a man's grave and is now in the museum in Stavanger.

The Viking Age belt is made of solid cowhide, 3 to 3.5 mm thick, with a natural and beautiful matt-waxed surface.
You can buy this Viking belt in black or in brown leather with brass or silver coloured buckle and fittings of zinc alloy.
Two embossed lines along the edges of the belt give it an elegant appearance.
