Here you can buy a beautifully crafted Viking pouch based on the find of a belt bag from the Viking settlement of Birka in Lake Mälaren.Particularly noteworthy are the decorative fittings of the "Birka" Viking pouch, which were made according to historical models from the Viking Age.
The model for the central fitting of the Viking pouch, for example, is based on a find from Ås in Sweden, which dates to the 9th to 10th centuries. Very similar fittings for Viking belt bags are also known from Birka.
The Viking "Birka" pouch is made of supple cowhide and is an extremely successful interpretation of the original Birka pouch, which probably belonged to a Magyar or Swedish long-distance trader.
