Viking Age armlet made of bronze.
This beautiful Viking armlet with the two weasel heads on the ends is inspired by historical bangles from the Viking Age.The Viking armlet measures approx. 7 x 6 cm x 4 mm and fits wrists from 15 to 20 cm.
For even smaller arm circumferences, you can also wear the Viking armlet with overlapping ends.
The Viking armlet is made of twisted rods, as was common in Viking times, and can therefore be easily bent and adjusted to individual wrist circumferences.
The slender Viking armlet is made of bronze and also available in real silver-plated.
Among the Vikings such armlets were, along with brooches and other jewellery, an important status symbol that made the rank and status of the respective person clear.
But armlets were also quite simply a means of payment - depending on the price, a piece was simply broken off. In this way, the wallet was carried on the wrist.
