Viking necklace with dragon heads and axe pendant.
That 5 mm wide necklace of braided leather is attached with impressing Viking dragon heads and combined with a striking axe pendants.The dragon head end caps were faithfully made according to a finding of the famous ship burial of Oseberg / Norway and are connected with an omega shaped chain hook in their mouths.
The axe pendant has the dimensions 4.9 x 2.6 cm and has a filigree and remarkably detailed surface. It was made according to the famous Mammen axe, one of the most notable finds of Viking axes. The original Mammen axe is exhibited in the National Museum in Copenhagen.
The braided leather necklace is available in elegant matte black color with silver plated parts or in a nice antique brown with bronze parts.
The 5 mm wide leather cord is 65 cm long and reaches to the chest.
It needs not to be closed but placed in one piece over the head.
