This handcrafted troll crosses are forged according to historical examples from the time of the Vikings.The forged troll crosses are available in three different sizes and come complete with a leather strap, so you can wear it around your neck straight away.
The dimensions of the troll crosses are 3.5 x 2 cm (small), 5 x 3 (medium) and 6 x 3.5 (large).
Trolls are not really evil, but they can cause a lot of trouble, for example, they can make objects disappear or rumble in the woodwork at night or make the cattle restless and the milk sour.
In the deep and dark forests of Scandinavia, trolls are said to be quite common, but they detest iron, the effect of which is intensified when crossed.
Supposedly, the Vikings already wore forged troll crosses around their necks to protect themselves from trolls, diseases and curses, or nailed over the doors of their houses and farms. Even today, it is a common custom in Iceland and Norway to hang a troll cross over the stable doors.
