Chain end caps in shape of a Viking raven's head.
That pair of Viking Age raven's head was faithfully made according to the Viking treasure from Terslev on the isle Zealand / Denmark and can be used as a cap to connect two ends of a chain or leather cord.Chain ends in the shape of animal heads are not inventions of modern times, but already known from several localities of the Vikings era.
To connect two end caps a small round ring, an S-hook, or omega-hook can be used and and hook a pendant into it very well.
The raven's head measures: 2.0 x 0.8 cm.
The hole diameter is 0.45 cm wide.
The Viking chain end cap is made from quality bronze and also available in real silver-plated.
