The Norse goddess Freya is the goddess of love and luck and stands for fertility and good harvest. According to Norse mythology, Freya is the daughter of the sea god Njörd and the snow goddess Skadi, her brother is the fertility god Freyr. Freya leads the Valkyries and is allowed to take half of all fallen warriors to her court Sessrúmnir.
Freya also possesses a necklace forged by dwarves called a brisingamen, as well as a chariot pulled by forest cats and a feathered robe that allows one to glide through the air like a falcon.
