Short description
Viking pendant Fenrir's Tooth" in the shape of a carved wolf's tooth in the so-called Mammen style with setting. 6 x 1.7 cm. Bronze, silver-plated or 925 silver."
Productdetails...

Viking pendant in the shape of a wolf's tooth.

Here you can buy a remarkable Viking pendant in the shape of a carved wolf's tooth with setting.

The tooth is decorated all around with an opulent Viking motif in the Viking Age Mammen style of the 10th century AD.

The top of the wolf's tooth pendant is set with a flat cap, on which there is a small eyelet and a ring for a chain or leather strap.

This impressive Viking pendant was inspired by the so-called Fenris wolf. The wolf Fenrir was a son of the god Loki and is probably the most ferocious creature in Norse mythology. At the time of the end of the world, Ragnarök, he devours the father of the gods Odin and is finally killed in a duel by Odin's son Vidar.

The Viking pendant measures 6 x 1.7 cm. The ring has an inner diameter of 1.5 cm.
A black leather strap 1 metre long is included.

You can buy this Viking tooth pendant in high-quality cast bronze or genuine silver-plated, as well as in a mixed combination: bronze tooth with silver-plated cap or silver-plated tooth with a bronze cap.

The Mammen style is a Viking art style that was widespread in Scandinavia from the middle of the 10th to the beginning of the 11th century and is named after the axe found in Mammen's grave in Jutland, Denmark. The Mammen style was used in particular for the decoration of splendid utilitarian objects.
