Amulet "Tudor Rose" in Renaissance style.

This pretty amulet with the so-called Tudor rose based on a model from the Tudor period of the 16th century is an attractive accessory for the garments of the late Middle Ages and the Renaissance.

The motif of the Tudor rose was used almost lavishly as decoration during the Renaissance and was found, for example, on fittings, stone masonry, wallpaper and many other objects of everyday life.

The "Amulet Tudor Rose" is available in bronze and genuine silver-plated.

Diameter of the pendant: 2.5 cm.

A leather cod in 1 m length for the Tudor rose amulet is included.

The Tudor Rose shows the image of two roses, the red rose of Lancaster and the white rose of Yorkshire. This coat of arms was introduced by Henry Tudor when he defeated his rival Richard at the Battle of Bosworth in 1485.

This finally ended the thirty-year War of the Roses between the rival English noble houses of York and Lancaster.
Henry married Elizabeth of York to bring the feuding factions together and became King of England, uniting the two families in the House of Tudor.
