This striking sword hanger is made of sturdy cowhide of 3 - 3.5 mm thick and is inspired by historical models from the Middle Ages and the Viking Age.The sword hilt is equipped with a Viking buckle replica and a decorative mount. Both the buckle and the decorative rivet make the sword hilt particularly attractive.
Due to the special knotting technique of the sword hanger, the tip of the sword points slightly backwards. Ideal for knight and warrior garb in larp and medieval reenactment.
The belt strap on the Viking sword hanger has a circumference of 90 - 105 cm with a total length of 135 cm, so that it can easily be wrapped a good distance down to the knee. If necessary, further holes can be made for a larger belt circumference.
The Viking sword hanger for the bare sword is available in black leather with a silver-coloured buckle or in brown leather with a brass-coloured buckle.
