Polished knife blade made of high-carbon steel.
Here you can buy a beautifully shaped knife blade in long dimensions, made of carbon steel 1085.Forged knife blades with tang were already used by Celts, Romans, Germanic tribes and Vikings and were still common during the High Middle Ages. Therefore, this blade is also perfectly suited for an authentic re-enactment of those eras.
The knife blade is equipped with a so-called tang, which is inserted into the wooden or bone handle for attachment.
