The drinking horn has a wonderfully smooth polished surface that shows off the natural horn markings to their best advantage.
For carefree drinking pleasure, the Viking mead horn is sealed inside with a special food-safe varnish.
Such a drinking horn is simply a must for the medieval camp in LARP and Viking reenactment.
Our drinking horns are made exclusively by hand and in small quantities. The certification required by law for food contact is unfortunately disproportionately costly and would have an unfavourable effect on the sales price. Therefore, this Viking mead horn is quasi only offered as a prop, which at least by definition is not certified for contact with food.
