This medieval eating spoon of genuine horn is made in traditional craftsmanship from fine water buffalo horn.The surface of this horn eating spoon has a pleasant, smoothly polished finish that has been brought to a shine, making the horn spoon very pleasant to use. Its classic shape is based on historical models from the Middle Ages.
The medieval horn spoon measures 17 x 4 x 1.2 cm.

As horn is a natural product and this horn eating spoon is made entirely by hand, there may be variations in shape and colour from the pictures shown.
Eating spoons of horn have been used traditionally for centuries. Unfortunately, the food certification required by the German legislator according to the Foodstuffs and Commodities Act is very expensive, it would have a negative effect on the favourable selling price of this horn spoon. So we offer this medieval horn spoon as a prop only, so to speak, which by definition is not certified for food.
