This Viking fitting in the Borre style is inspired by a find from the Viking city of Birka, which dates back to the 9th - 10th century.The original Borre Style fitting was once used as decoration for a Viking belt set.
This belt fitting is perfect for mounting historical Viking belts or as decoration for other leather work.
The Viking fitting is made of cast zamak and is available in brass or silver colour.
Dimensions of the Viking fitting: 7 x 1.6 cm.
There is a 5 mm long pin on the back of the Viking decorative rivet, which is fixed to the carrier material using the small cap provided.
