Leather belt with hand-forged medieval iron buckle.
Here you can buy a 1.5 cm wide leather belt with hand-forged iron buckle that was made according to models from the Middle Ages.The belt is made from sturdy full-grain cowhide leather, 3 to 3.5 mm thick, and features a hand-forged iron buckle modelled on historical examples from the Middle Ages.
Waist circumference: 88–103 cm (total length 160 cm).
The belt is 1.5 cm wide and has a long length as customary in the Middle Ages to be worn wrapped - Ideal for the authentic garb in LARP and medieval re-enactment.
Forged D-buckles of iron were already used for belts in the time of the Celts and Romans. They can be found in archaeological finds of the Iron Age and the Viking Age, as well as throughout the Middle Ages.
